We are frequently asked by our customers ‘what are shorties’? We take our homemade dough, wrap a Polidori italian sausage link along with a strip of green chili and a strip of parmesan cheese, roll it all together and bake it through the oven. A side of our homemade red sauce to dip them in and you have the perfect start to a wonderful Southside meal. If you haven’t tried them yet, give them a try and let us know what you think?

Have you tried our new Balboa sandwich? Cappicola, prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, provolone, lettuce and tomato with our olive oil, basil and garlic spread. Comes on Bluepoint Bakery potato rosemary bread with Boulder chips all for $7.50. Sure to make your mouth water!
